FT 2nd shift
Responsibilities include overseeing the care provided to our residents by Team Leaders (LPNs or RNs) and nurse aides, assessing and evaluating the condition of residents, admitting and discharging residents as necessary, consulting with other disciplines including therapy and physicians re: resident status and care, communicating with families of residents as necessary, ensuring adequate staffing for the facility, etc. Must be able to direct employees in performance of their duties. Must enjoy working with elderly residents and be capable of incorporating Mission and Philosophy values into daily care and services.
